If you would like to file a claim, please contact your company directly. The claim number is usually on your declarations page. 

We are here to assist you in any possible when filing a claim. Feel free to use our facilities for emailing or faxing documents to your company. Furthermore, if you would like to save pictures and documents at our office, we can do that too.
